There are maps for all kinds of terrain, but when I navigate the complexity of the mind I often lose myself. In an attempt to resolve my disorientation I started to draw flowcharts - diagrams of cause and effect - that enable me to chart the full range of tangible and intangible parameters that delimit my existence.
