The artist has constructed three distinct mechanisms, each showing a contrast between fundamental elements that define social relationships: Work vs.Play, Producer vs. Consumer, Time vs. Money. Through specially designed machines – constructed using LEGO Technics pieces  – the artist follows a personal theory of communicating vessels, highlighting, as in a classic archetype, necessity and inevitability as two fundamental variables of the contemporary condition: what emerges is the strong sense of renunciation to which every individual is subjected, in an attempt to aspire towards a freedom whose attainment is always individual, yet never shared.
